Good Guinness, deliver us! Israel demolishes Arab village 38, No! 59 times

In spite of losing their homes to Israeli bulldozers 38 59 times, the people of ­Al-Araqeeb village still have enough humour left to register their village as the most often ruined in the world with the Guinness Book of Records.

Between the tears I shed at the repetitive brutality happening in this small village, I can’t help laughing with them for their sheer off-the-wall gall. What wonderfully resilient people they must be.  Fitz
